Website Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

With regular updates, your website’s content is fresh and kept current. Not only is this beneficial for the people that come to visit your website, but it’s also necessary to keep adding content to your website to maintain high rankings in search engine results.

If minor changes will be done and take the changes effect within 1-2 hrs.

Website maintenance requests are given via Whatsaap, e-mail, or phone. Depending on the complication of request, the job will be executed in minimum time of the package allocated time.

All the changes made will be notified by mail or phone and refresh the browser or clear the cookies to take change’s effects.

Percent (%) means the total cost of the project's first invoice billed.

AMC Terms

All the tasks or changes performed according to your chosen plan within the time frame.

We define Maintenance as keeping the web site current. It is not intended to be a new design.

If your AMC plan doesn’t support your requirement, then you have to pay an extra amount for the content.

You can upgrade your package at any time. You have to pay the difference amount & on the selected package.

The contract will be for 12 months, commencing on the day of signing this contract. After 12 months, renew accordingly.

Cancellation of Contract by the client must be requested in an E-mail/phone/written notice and will be effective on receipt of such notice.

Refund - You can cancel AMC Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed.
